Vegan Pop Up Gut Health Lunch Bristol

Nutritionist & author of ‘The Happy Hormone Cookbook’, Emma Ellice-Flint joins us at The Forge for a relaxed vegan lunch and a Q&A on gut health. Expect a selection of delicious dishes designed for health, healing and overall wellbeing and to leave inspired to create these simple, tasty & gut-healthy dishes at home.

Guests will be welcomed with fresh raspberry kombucha and ginger water kefir to enjoy during Emma's gut health talk & Q&A. She will be talking you through recipes and how to easily achieve healthy & nutritional balance in your diet that nurtures your gut health
The talk will be followed by a seated family-style lunch with many different vegan plates to be sampled and shared - all with a focus on gut health. Example dishes from leek thyme with za’atar to greens and lentils with a tahini dressing. Roast aubergine with tomatoes, lentils, and herbs to a purple super salad. Lunch will be finished with lemonade bliss balls and vegan chocolate brownies with blackcurrants. (Actual dishes on the day may change due to seasonality/availability of ingredients)
