Pop up | Eating to support perimenopause & menopause

  • The Forge Colston Yard Bristol United Kingdom (map)

How can nutrition support your health & reduce symptoms throughout perimenopause and menopause? Which foods are the most important to eat during this time and why? Join us for a theatre-style cooking demonstration event with nutritionist Emma Ellice-Flint. Emma will be talking, demonstrating dishes, and answering your questions. The evening will include tastings equivalent to an evening meal, so please arrive with an appetite!

Emma is a qualified nutritionist, nutritional therapist and experienced chef. She seeks to combine science, research, and the deliciousness of food together to help women embrace change. Through her evidence-based approach, you will feel confident you’ve found the right person to help guide you through your own nutritional journey in perimenopause & menopause.
She will be covering many interrelated topics connected to Perimenopause and Menopause - mood, weight, stress, sleep, and skin - and how food can beneficially affect all of these.

"The workshop was brilliant! Emma packed so much into the time and the food was so delicious!”
