This beginner photography workshop with Bristol photographer Amanda Thomas, is a comprehensive introduction to studio lighting for the first-time user. No prior knowledge is needed as we will run through the basics enabling you to get started.

You will be in a safe pair of hands, as we discuss and explore the fundamentals of how to get started with studio lighting.

About Amanda Thomas

Amanda is an established fashion, beauty and portrait photographer. Her work has been published Cloth, The Simple Things, Drapers and Oh! Amanda is a brand collaborator with Profoto and regularly gives talks on lighting. This year she is teaching workshops at The Photography Show and Phlock Live, a three-day conference for women in photography.
